What the treatment does—and does not do
Germicidal UV-C light can reduce microorganisms on surfaces that receive direct exposure under the equipment-specific operating conditions. UV-C travels in straight lines, so furniture, equipment, objects, corners, and shadows can block the light. Treatment results depend on the room, placement, exposure time, equipment specifications, and direct line of sight.
UV-C is supplemental. It does not remove soil or debris and does not replace normal cleaning, ventilation, filtration, or EPA-registered disinfectants when those products are appropriate. We do not promise sterilization, disease prevention, or treatment of hidden or shaded surfaces.
A controlled, unoccupied process
Before treatment, normal cleaning must be complete and the room must be cleared of people, pets, and plants. We review access and secure the area, position the equipment for the approved room, follow the equipment-specific operating process, and document the rooms treated for the property contact.

We do not make generic equipment-performance claims. Any exposure time, coverage, or performance detail is based on the selected machine's manufacturer documentation and supporting testing. Property owners and facility managers remain responsible for approving the treatment for their space and coordinating any required building procedures.
